If you hand wrote some of your in-text citations, and used the plug-in for others, your final bibliography will only autogenerate a works cited list from anything used via the citation plug-in and leave out hand-written references. All edits should be done in the Mendeley Desktop or Web application (use the fields to correct mistakes or errors).
